Formation / Wellbore Cleaner

FWC-1100 is suggested to be used as an alternative to mineral acid treatments. At temperatures above 140 degrees F this product will react very aggressively to carbonates and carbonate scale without damage to metallurgy.

FWC-1100 is an organic acid mixed with an anionic surfactant package which is low in pH and is designed to penetrate and disperse light hydrocarbons and fines.

FWC-1100 is very formation friendly and well suited to deep penetration in and into the formation. By nature of its design, it helps to breakdown existing sludges created by previous acid jobs.

FWC-1100 is an excellent product for the use of washing the tubulars and near wellbore for the build-up of migrating fines and/or clay build-up, carbonate scale, light hydrocarbons, iron oxides, etc.

FWC-1100 delivers superior water wetting characteristics in both carbonate and sandstone reservoirs that aid in the recovery of insitu-fluids that have been trapped in matrix of the formation.

Specific Gravity: 1.12

Appearance/Odor: Amber/Vinegar

Solubility: Water

pH: 1.0 to 1.5

FWC-1100 is recommended as a pre-soak or as an alternative to mineral acid stimulation treatments. The recommended treating volume is 50 to 100 gallons per foot of net pay. Volumes may change based on the severity of the damage and desired penetration in and into the formation.
